RIDE 5 Speed With Style Pack Adds 5 Bikes And Fuji

February 22, 2024 By Dan Thornton Leave a Comment

Last updated on March 17th, 2024 at 02:29 pm

There are more motorcycles to ride and a new circuit to try them on, as the latest RIDE 5 Speed with Style Pack adds 5 bikes and Fuji Speedway to the game.

The paid DLC is available across all platforms and is included in the RIDE 5 Season Pass, or costs £7.99 as an individual purchase. And it’s the first time that the Japanese circuit has appeared in the motorcycle franchise developed by Milestone. Predominantly used for car racing, the only bike game to have previously included it was Tourist Trophy back in 2006. The original 3.7 mile circuit did host the Japanese motorcycle GP in 1966 and 1967, but is more famous for hosting F1, World Endurance and Super Formula series.

Alongside the Fuji circuit come five more motorcycles, all with a sporting focus.

  • Aprilia RSV4-X Trenta (2022)
  • KTM RC 8C (2023)
  • Moto Guzzi MGS-01 CORSA (2004)
  • MV Agusta Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro (2023)
  • Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR (2022)

The KTM RC 8C is a limited production track special with just 200 motorcycles being hand-built at the Kramer race shop, with 135hp and 98 Nm coming from an updated LC8c 889cc engine. Which isn’t the most powerful numbers around, but it’s plenty in a lightweight bespoke frame with a race-spec Akrapovic exhaust, WP Apex Pro suspension, Brembo brakes, forged Dymag wheels and more.

And the Aprilia RSV 4 XTrenta is even more exclusive, with just 100 bikes being built to celebrate 30 years of the manufacturer winning their first world championship title. And to celebrate, the Italian company includeded a 230hp engine behind a carbon MotoGP fairing, and an under wing swingarm taken from their race bikes to improve aerondynamics and reduce drag. And it also gets a range of special parts including an SC-Project exhaust in titanium and carbon, a Sprint Filter air filter, Taleo Tecnoracing high performance water and oil radiators, Ohlins suspension, forged Marchesini wheels and more.

And that’s without dismissing the 2004 Moto Guzzi MSG-01 Corsa, another track special produced for two years with a 121hp V-twin engine, the 2022 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR, and the gorgeous 2023 MV Agusta Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro which is inspired by the first GP bike to ever use aerodynamic wings back in the 1970s, the MV500. Another limited edition, it also features distinctive split five-spoke wheels.
