One of the best things about the MudRunner and SnowRunner series has been working together with friends. Or having them laugh as they winch you out of a ditch for the third time in as many minutes. So with the game releasing on May 20th, 2025, it makes sense that a new RoadCraft tailer shows co-op gameplay.
The key details of multiplayer are that you can have up to four people with cross-play, shared progression and built-in voice chat. Which means no more fighting over who gets to host, or having to log into Discord just to co-ordinate who will be hauling each piece of cargo.
The trailer itself doesn’t go into details, but just shows a series of events with a players working together to conquer various tasks and challenges.
It might not be sim racing, but I’m looking forward to RoadCraft after spending a lot of fun hours messing around off-road with friends and family. As with SnowRunner and Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, it’s developed by Saber Interactive, but with more freedom to solve the challenges of rebuilding areas after natural disasters have occurred, and the ability to co-rodinate various specialist vehicles and convoys, which will be really useful for single player sessions.

You can find RoadCraft to wishlist or pre-order for the PC on Steam, the Xbox Series X|S on the Microsoft Store, and the PS5 on the PlayStation Store. And keep up with the latest news, updates and more both before and after RoadCraft launches, here.
