Here’s a final preview video before moving to races for the Ride demo’s three bikes.
We’ll add longer coverage for each of the three models so that everything is included from the Superbike and Supersport classes to the 2014 Triumph Street Triple R ‘Naked’ bike that is seen from behind the bars in the recording below.
For this tour, we return to the full-course Sierra Nevada layout to spend a little time with each of the first-person cameras. Beginning with the view above the tank, the shot changes to the ‘Helmet’ option before the floating ‘Nose’ cam that feels detached from the bike and indeed, from controller input.
Looking ahead again, upgrades won’t be forgotten either! We’ve only shown stock set-ups so far and have now experienced that changing parts genuinely does more than change a bike’s appearance. Improved acceleration can actually be the difference between fighting in the pack and being left behind on every straight! Do something about the brakes too and you suddenly have a predictable ride. As fun a challenge as it can be, sometimes there’s only so far you can go trying to make up all of the lost time by maintaining momentum in the bends with a standard machine…
Prices…
