Hi tudy,
I agree that some of the organisational problems and planning definitely didn’t help… Personally I think Forza Horizon has taken the mantle of TDU, and improved upon it in various ways. Hoping there will be a Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One!

The most anoyng thing i’l never forget about this game was that when i pre ordered the game they promised different cars depending on the platforms or systems or stores you buy the game from,so i decided to pre order the game from steam as they offered a Pagani Zonda Tricolore that became a DLC car later in the updates,but that’s not the point,thats the beauty of pre ordering,getting something that not all ppl get,so here’s the surprise,when i entered the game,the zonda was nowhere to be found,i stared asking players,some knew what i was talking about and some didn’t,so we waited for 3 more days give or take and we wore finally anounced that the preorder cars are available for “purchase” at that second hand bullshit store that exists on both islands i don’t remember the name of it,so ok i say’d to my self,purchase my ass,its a gift,so i head over to pick it up,but for my biggest dissapointment the damn car was on sale for 2.5 million dolars,i had lvl 10 or so at the time,and i say’d to my self “WTF!?” they say’d pre order gift wtf is this? So i get out on the desktop,open cheatengine gave my self 50 milion $ and bought all the damn zondas in the game + my “GIFT”… Don’t hate me because i cheated the money,that’s a minor thing to what rusians and other speed hackers are doing to the game today,i don’t give a damn,i’m lvl 70 by normal playing,i got everything i need in the game including the Cassino and all the cars,rare or not and a rarely enter to have a nice long ride in a fav car,so yeah it was a good game at the beginning i gathered like 240+ hours of gameplay but it all ended for me 2 years ago…

I definitely agree with the racing schools, I know everybody who plays the game knows how to drives in it.its just a big waste of time.I agree the thing when said everything got to be about money. wyile cant they have the last race as a $500,000,000 race if everything is about money

Hi Josh – Cheers for the comment, and the huge update will hopefully fix a few of the issues, even if it’s meant that a lot of racers I know have already lost faith in the meantime. It didn’t help that at least one UK shop was doing a deal on trading TDU2 for Shift 2!
Aside from the bugs that totally kill the game, most of the other stuff would be forgiveable, if it felt like they’d be stretching was an MMO car game was capable of. As it is, it just doesn’t feel like much of an evolution…

I know it’s had a lot of problems, but they are releasing a huge update soon that will hopefully fix a least a few of the problems you’ve mentioned.
