A second round of fine-tuning has arrived from Kunos Simulazioni with Assetto Corsa Competizione Hotfix 1.9.2 released for the PC version of their racing sim.
Following on from the major 1.9 update, the first small hotfix solved a few minor issues, but this 662.8MB release offers some more significant tweaks to the balance of performance for the new 2023 cars, along with specifically at Monza and Laguna Seca.
It also resolves some issues with both the 2018 Nissan GT-R and Lexus RC F grounding out on bumps and kerbs, and adds the liveries for the current Alpine Esports Series. Running for the third year, the field includes former champions Jaroslav Honzik and James Baldwin, but the first round saw Dennis Shoniger take two wins.
As always, the release of updates and new content for the PC version is on a different schedule to the console editions of Assetto Corsa Competizione, so if you’re sim racing on a PS5 or Xbox Series X\S it means waiting a while longer…
